Culinary wellness is a belief that when healthful and mindful eating is consistently practiced, our overall wellness will improve. Like a car, our bodies need the right fuel to work optimally. Over time, a consistent diet of poor quality foods will cause your body to become sluggish and out of balance which will directly affect your health. With culinary wellness, you will find yourself having more energy, better digestion and sleep and a greater overall sense of well being.
